Limited Functions

I suspect this will change soon but I give it 4 stars because there doesn’t seem to be a function to put two places in. So, when I am Going home from work, I have to stop at the daycare to pick up my kids but there’s no option to do that, at least on the English side.

사실 2,3분 거리에 택시 타기 참 애매한 거리지요. 하지만 만삭이라 몸은 무겁고 더운날 큰아이 하원은 시켜야하고 ㅠㅠ 정말 힘들었는데 카카오택시 덕분에 마음 편하게 잘~ 타고왔어요!! 출발 도착 정보 입력하고 가능하신 기사님께서 오시니 마음이 편~~~안해서 짱짱 좋아요!!!
No Option to Make a Report

I was injured by a careless driver and there's no way to report it. While still in transit there was a report option, but once the ride finished that option was immediately gone. I was going to report it as soon as ride finished. The driver review section limits what you can say, so I couldn't write the details there. Normally I love Kakao Taxi, but this has left me frustrated and the driver's actions have left me in a lot of pain.
I can't login
Blade & Chalice
Before the update Kakao Taxi worked flawlessly. Now, the App doesn’t send a phone verification code (via SMS) to my mobile phone number. I can’t login to Kakao Taxi at all without the SMS phone verification .
