A great little rugby board game becomes a great little app. Play is quick and smart, and the animations and sounds are very cute. AI is not strong, but two player should be fun. Gets 5 stars with a decent AI.

Good game- only if you have someone to play with sitting next to you. Even if you do, it gets old having to always look away while your opponent picks their card. 5 stars if there was a good online multi-player experience

I have the original board game version of this but never got around to playing it so I was happy to see an app come out. My initial impression is that they did a great job of capturing the feel of the board game and the animations go a long way towards improving the energy of the game. The animations are the perfect length as well, just long enough to be entertaining but not so long I want to skip them. My problem with the game is that neither game mode seems finished. The AI Is so weak it's really only useful as an intro tutorial and the 2 player version shows the other player the card you picked giving them an advantage when they pick. In the end the games tactics are fun and simple but id prefer to play the board game version right now. Since the current version has no networked multiplayer you have to play face to face and I feel the game plays better face to face in the board game because your cards are hidden until revealed. I hope they continue to expand this, especially the AI. My hope is that they would add a longer game mode - maybe play first to 2 points and even have a season mode where you play different teams. The only difference between the teams might be their name and the AI's difficulty level. At it's core this is a fun game but I expect a little more depth and challenge for the price. Please continue to support and evolve this game, it has a lot of potential to be great.

The game is very well done, the concept is fun... But everything is spoiled by an IA stupid and bugged. It won't move at all during some rounds or move players at the opposite of the field. Do not download until this is fixed, it's impossible to play like this.
