The app overall is great especially now that we can see the students schedule. The only thing that would make this way better is if you could set iPhone calendar alerts based off of the schedule. An alert 15 minutes before your live class would be amazing.

I put in the same user I’d and password as the website but then nothing. Just sits there with no error or anything.

I have been trying to log in Parent portal for over a week. I have made three attempts and called the K 12 tech-support and yet have heard back from them. School is two weeks away and it will not let me modify my documents. I’m not sure if I should have my child do this program if they can’t be organized with their own website.

Hello :) well like the title says my daughter is a new student enrolled with K12. The app was a bit confusing and all though we sometimes have a bit of a technical issue it’s always quickly resolved.. so far my child loves it and so do I.. there very helpful with her work needs and questions as well as mines.. I know it’s early but I love this school I recommend it to everyone I can :) it was highly recommended to me through my relative and I’m thankful to her for that.. but I say if it’s confusing call the number for help there very helpful..

Hours and hours on hold! Promised follow up calls never made! Submit documents for one kid only for the same documents to be rejected for another! What is the issue!!!!!! I need someone to contact me so I can enroll my kids!!!!! The first deadline was already missed due to ur delays! I’d never recommend this to anyone and am only forced to do this w the pandemic since the schools aren’t properly set up and kids aren’t wearing a mask all day long!!!!! SOMEONE CONTACT ME!

Worked for 2 weeks

This is my sons 2nd year @ K12 the app hasn’t worked since his 2nd week of school. When it did work it was a god send!!!!! The thing says I don’t have a child enrolled in the program. I’ve been getting notifications on the same app with tracking numbers for his equipment.How is this even possible?

This app has been down for a week now. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it just now. We’ll see if it works this time.
