Where’s my country?

Hello, my name is Jorge and I live in Puerto Rico. When I downloaded the app and the app gave me the option to choose my country, Puerto Rico didn’t appear, i pressed the button to find one near me and it didn’t appeared. Canovanas K1 speed opened last year. It would be amazing if you could add Puerto Rico so we can use the app. Thanks! Pst. I can’t access my account

Great Idea but Bad Execution

First off, design. Not responsive to screen. Built for older models pre X squared screens. Being a developer, like cmon. Keep with the times. That said, layout is alright. Now off to the disappointment. The syncing of accounts, point system, and community activities are awful/broken. The invite to challenges dont work. Challenged user isnt notified or can view a challenge. By the apps notifications, I should have way more points that what is stated. In addition, points, should you find the bug, could easily be obtained without paying or doing anything as stated within the how to’s. Overall Nothing social works as it should. Accounts are not even synced properly and yes, it states I received rs points for races(dont show I have them though) but same points 24hrs later. My friend who was new to k1 signed up and was unable to connect properly right off bat. Site associates and the manager informed me to contact corporate. 2 two stars for idea.

You know the app is garbage when you get an error trying to send feedback. There is no way to link to your membership. No updates. Clunky interface to see your race history if it was there.

I wish that the app is optimized for all of the new current iPhones like the iPhone X and the iPhone XS Max. That’s it’s. Other wise K-1 speed as a company is amazing.

Created account. Tried to login...”invalid login credentials.” Repeated process...same result. Poor account management.

I Can’t sign in. I have tried the email reset but it still does not work. Please fix and I will rate a lot higher.

The developer really needs to take some time to fix all the issues with this app, the only part that really work Is the virtual race and even that is a little Buggy/Laggy
