Lost progress

I had saved up like 60k hearts for yoongi’s birthday and a few days before I was coloring and checked my hearts and they’re all gone!! I worked so hard for that and was really excited for yoongis birthday.
Why does it not save my data

The game gets laggy and I have to close the app but then it doesn’t save my data and I have to redo twenty minutes worth of coloring again

this is a wonderful game and it passes time at home and at school. i love this app so much, but i can’t seem to find ATEEZ on the game. would it be possible to add ATEEZ to this game? thank you!!

So this app is okay but when I do a Starpic it keeps messing up and making me do it all over again. I wonder if the company can fix that bug.

I love this app a lot but lately none of the ads load and I can’t even get to the pictures to color them. I also have a large iPhone that doesn’t allow me to close some of the apps when they do load.
