Wow, Just wow

Bearmilo

So the app was great, i downloaded it and wrote a program, but when i went to compile it, the app wanted me to pay. Now i am normally fine with paying for an app, however paying per compile is just dumb. Yes i know there is an unlimited compile option, but the app shouldn't be free if you are going to charge per compile

You have to buy compilations?

Nikko Nibres

The editor is nice with all the characters available, but i find it absolutely stupid that you have to pay for compilations. Sure its only 99 cents for 100 compilations but if you are trying to practice and end up with errors for a good amount of times. That 100 will run out rather quickly.

Wow, I'm practicing Java on the iPad!

I kind of fell into this app while looking for something that I can use on the iPad to practice Java programming. I bought the full version and have not regretted the purchase once. It works very well. Earlier version was a little buggy but the latest version I have not had one issue writing compiling and running some of my basic Java programs. This is been a super helpful tool for me to use while studying for my computer science programming class.

Doesn't work very well

AlexDM1

It's nice, but most complicated programs that run fine on other compilers encounter weird runtime errors.

Needs Offline Documentation

MovieWrite

This app would be 5 stars if only it would allow download and storage of the Java documentation for offline use.

You should say it is a paid app if it is one

waf1102

You can't do anything unless you buy compilations for 99¢ or unlimited for 2.99 so you might as well make the app cost 2.99 and give us free compilations. What you are doing is cheating us out of our money. That's why you have such a low rating on the App Store. The other thing you could do is make everything free, but you are obviously too stingy to do that so...

You get only one free compilation

stealth9799

You can only run one piece of source code once and only one class can be used. I made the mistake of using their example code as my one free one so the app is pretty much a fancy notepad with an option to pay. Other than that, it's still horrible.

NEEDS MAJOR FIX

Asis8000

It won't let me restore my unlimited compiles! I click it and it does nothing. Fix this and I will rate 5 stars.

I purchased this app to use with the iPad mini, seems to work fine for basic things, seems to not want to run swing apps, but complies fine then errors on runtime. And code completion wouldn't hurt.
