User Interface Needs Improvement!

App has potential but the user interface is god awful! Issues: 1) Why ask me for state/county when I first launch the app and then ask me the same thing again for searches? 2) Back buttons. There aren't any. 3) If there are no pictures, you see 4 blank frames and have no clue who each person is. Including the NAME under each picture would help immensely. 4) Have more than just 4 pictures per page. Maybe 8 or more pics. Why so much empty space? 5) The overwhelming data is sex offenders. Where are the other crimes? 6) I see the last update was in 2013. Has this app been abandoned?
