The first question was easy, had difficulty sending 2 nd question & app was slow responding. The pros answering were fast & helpful but the app is mediocre.

I love this service. I’m setting up an NGO focusing on Advocacy for change in the Child protection area. I come across situations all the time where I’m not certain where to go or how to proceed in resolving an issue. Being able to reach out and ask a lawyer a legal question where they actually answer the question instead of telling you to hire a lawyer is invaluable. It’s helped me make better decisions, led me to resources I’d never heard of, and given me an insider’s view on many important topics. I paid for full membership and I’ll never let it lapse. They’ve probably saved me thousands of dollars in lost time alone. I love that you can favorite an expert and return to them over and over again. They come to know your background and can tailor their advice to your situation more fully. It’s the best of both worlds for you and the expert because the expense and liability of attorney client relationship are both removed from the situation and you can gain valuable information and decide how you will apply it. The service would get ten stars from me were it possible. That being said I’m not nearly as taken with the app. It’s nice to have a convenient platform to initiate, interact with, and close interactions with your expert but many options that are available to you on the main site are not accessible in the app. If I’ve still got to go to the site to access some of the best options from a user standpoint then your app hasn’t actually made things easier or more efficient. It’s actually complicated things and that’s not the purpose of an app. It makes me feel like the only reason I’m using the app at all is because the company wants me to jump through this hoop for their benefit. I’d be happier with no app at all than one that is incomplete and essentially pointless. If they perfect the app, you’ll see it being endorsed on my website until then they get four stars. I’m only rating it at all because the app won’t stop prompting me after every interaction to share my opinion and their office says there’s no way to turn the prompt off. I’m tired of selecting “no thanks” every twenty seconds so I caved.

Terrible application, Ive had my question posted for several weeks now... never received any response!

I gave one star because they did answer my question but now I can’t cancel my subscription. I have it on android and iOS and neither one shows where I’m suppose to cancel. I sent an email to an address that they have as a way to cancel, all I got was this is an invalid address.

I asked a question earlier and have yet to hear anything back. Doesn’t give you the option to delete the question either. Not liking the app so far.

When the hot water goes away in a house with three woman there is a lot of pressure. Not to mention we had company coming over so the dishwasher came into play. Rick was professional and patient and had me up and running in under two hours.
