This is the easiest app to use when adding all tips from all jobs and keeping it so organized. Love it!!

Not sure what’s going on but the app doesn’t work at all! Won’t even let me create the account. Got a very sketch email from the app after. After all viruses come in all shapes and forms

I LOVE this app! Being able to see just how much I’m making verses the hours I’m working is such great insight. One thing that would be great is the ability to put in two different hourly pays for lunch and dinner. Where I work the lunch shift is payed more hourly than the dinner shift. The app only let’s you put in one hourly pay for both dinner and rush so not to get my calculations off I don’t have my hourly pay factor in. The only problem I’m having is after I got a new phone and tried to open the app in my account I keep getting an error code. It won’t open my account nor send me an email for a password change. I hope the problem is resolved soon! EDIT: Thank you so much for the quick response to the problem of getting the app to open! I really LOVE this app!

I’ve been using this app for years! But I don’t know how to change the beginning of my wk . I have a new job and my week now begins on Monday not on Wednesday, how can I fix this?

I’ve been using justthetips to record my tips for over 2 years and to me instead of improving it has gotten much worse. While the interface seems easy to use its the back end of the app that is the real let down. Even though you back up data,(which by the way the developers claim occurs automatically), your data is never really backed up and you run the risk of losing your data. This has happened to me on multiple occasions including most recently after a device change.

I like the way the app works, when it does work, which isn’t often lately. I rely on it pretty heavily to keep track of how much I make, so it’s definitely a bummer when I’m not able to use it!

I love this app, it’s helpful in comparing this to my paycheck because our accountant has had mess ups before. My only complaint is that when I add my tip out amount, if I click on a day to look back at it, it says 0 and then recalculates my earnings for that day as if I had a 0 dollar tip out and I don’t have my reports to remember what my tip out was for that day. So now my income looks higher. I wish it would automatically stay at the number I put in so I could look at the shift again without it automatically changing to 0.

App Crashed Two Weeks Ago

Two weeks ago, I submitted a support ticket because the app was crashing every time I logged into my account. Still have heard nothing from support, other coworkers have also run into the same issue. I’ve lost all of my data now and still have not heard back, save yourself the frustration and find another tip tracker.
