Keeps disconnecting

This game looked so promising. But the app cannot stay connected to the game more than 20 seconds. Unplayable with smart phone as is.

This app does not work at all. It disconnects every time before the song even starts. Hoping this gets fixed soon. Waste of $30.

Couldn't play even one sung with this thing. Luckily I hadn't purchased the game and only downloaded the demo from the playstore

Amazing game but one problem

I just bought just sing today! I loved it but i have a problem. My app kept disconnecting and can you please fix it for me? Thank you!

It wouldn't connect to my Xbox, keeps saying it can't be found but they were both connected to the same network. I just got super frustrated logging them both out and restarting them to see if that would help, but it didn't.

The game won't detect the mobile app, and it says that no console was found. I followed the instructions and even tried different phones, but nothing works. I really wanted to play this game but sadly it refuses to function like it does. Ubisoft disappoints yet again. Time to return the game.
