I’ve been slowly making my way through dating apps like this for some time now, and decided to give Just She a try when I saw an ad for it. Seemed okay, setting up the account was easy... and then we got to the part about a subscription. I always pay for a one month subscription just to try out all the apps features, and I usually cancel the subscription almost immediately unless I really like what I’m seeing. What I found to be absolutely ridiculous is that the app says it’s charging you $9.99/month, and then I received a $39.99 charge! Looking closer at the subscription page I found that it actually is charging you $9.99/week, but that was a super tricky way about going about it, the price/period of time was not as clear as the ‘1 month’ subscription button. I would much rather see these dating apps be upfront about the ENTIRE amount they’re charging you to use it, instead of breaking it down to LOOK more affordable than it actually is. Maybe Just She should offer an option where you pay by the week if they intend to charge you so much, or make it completely obvious that you are being charged $39.99 for a one month subscription. Who is actually willing to pay THAT much for a dating app, I have no clue. It’s definitely too much for me, especially given how I felt tricked into paying that amount.

Garbage. I never signed up for a subscription yet they deducted from my bank account for one. I’ve sent 3 emails trying to rectify the problem only to get a email back from “Robert” ( who’s not even a female) telling me that I need to log in and unsubscribe. THATS the problem, I never subscribed for anything. So I can’t even get in to unsubscribe to a piece of garbage I never subscribed to in the first place. Only reason for the 1 star is you can’t even write a review without them forcing you to select at least 1 Star. It’s a fat 0 stars for me.
