In app purchase is NOT WORKING

I made the purchase to VIP but it is not working please give me back $3.99. This made me so mad. I was so excited to play the songs.....

Bought the yearly subscription vip which cost me $30 I bought it for my son who loves to dance it never upgraded to vip it's not letting me use the vip songs that I payed for now I have to deal with sending emails which is not fast at all I'm trying to find a number to call instead but I cannot find it anywhere and now I have a very disappointed 7 year old and $30 down the drain for s person working minimum wage that's a lot of money down the drain

The game play is fun and addicting. If you like Just Dance this is a great extension! Initially limited to just playing the "free" songs you can earn tokens to purchase another song. This is limiting and often leads to boredom. You can purchase an in app VIP pass but only one option is not a reoccurring fee and there aren't explicit details and descriptions to explain this before starting the purchase process begins. Additionally the image quality may be frustrating on older computer systems--(choppy and buffers)-- I got the best quality using my iPad.
