I been playing just dance all my life❗️❗️my Just dance controller was working when I first got the game now it’s not?no matter what I do it’s not wroking this needs to be fix?the just dance controller is the only way I could play this❗️I’m connected to the same wifi and NOTHING WORKING ?

I have no clue what’s going on right now but I’ve had the game for 2 years and never had an issue with the controller. For the past week the controller hasn’t been working I’ve repeatedly did the steps of hope that it would for but nothing did. Its something with the app and I will really appreciate if you fixed this problem. Also if you think it’s a problem on my side it’s not this started happening out of nowhere. I even tried deleting the app, restarting my phone. And restarting the just dance app on my Ps4. Also I play with Just dance 2020.

I want to know if we can file a class action lawsuit. I have no other way of playing this game since they give us no other option on newer consoles.

Yes it’s cool to get points for dancing but playing for fun would be just as great. We can never play just dance because my phone won’t sinc and there is no option to go forward with game… it’s the worst

I was kind bored but when I going on my phone and play dance then it was not literally work i have no idea it just happened can y’all fix it so we can back to play dance I always go use YouTube to dance.

Anyone who is saying it's working fine for them are just lucky. I can assure the rest of these comments are accurate. We bought just dance two weeks ago, and it already stopped pairing with my iPhone. And no it is not my wifi. Believe me I work at home it's app. This game is going to keep losing support if they continue to ignore this bug. Whoever is in charge of fixing these issues, you should be fired
