I got on the app and pressed the main menu and a black screen just pops up and I sit for like ten minutes and nothing happens

After choosing my language...the game gives me a black screen. I have tried restarting the game and the same thing happens. Can you fix this please? Also app support doesn't work.

This isn't even a game. At best it's a flawed attempt at an ad for a game at worst it's false advertisement. Yes false advertisement because it's advertised as a playable game. It's just a video. And YES a 50 gb game CAN fit on modern devices my tablet has 128 gb, my phone had I wanted the larger version could've had the same space. Anyone saying just cause 3 couldn't be ported to mobile obviously has no idea of game design, or coding. Anyone saying it can't fit apparently hasn't looked at the storage space on newer devices. Not to mention that ports can be condensed to not take up as much space. I refuse to buy the pc/console version purely because it requires 50gb install when it wouldn't be hard to run from disc like 99% of all other games.
