I have an extremely annoying glitch

So this one affects my gameplay which really makes me not want to play so whenever I put stuff in the chest or a chest I made it seems to disappear which in turn makes me have to gather materials all over again so please fix this otherwise I think I’ll just drop the game all together or at least make the inventory unlimited.

I can’t even play the game. It starts, gets to the screen where it displays “checking internet connection” and that’s it. Nothing more. Running the game on an iPad Air 3 with the latest iOS update. Can’t play so 1/5 stars.
