The loading bar only goes 3/4 of the way there. Is this even a real game? Fix please.

Was able to log in the first time created a user name then shut it out cause I tried to let it load on my iPad let it sit for over 30 minutes never loaded. Then I get data is corrupt on the iPad and on my phone it keeps telling me it's on maintenance break for almost 2 weeks. I won't try this game again

My grandson wanted me to play this and it works fine on his device but I have had it downloaded for over a month on my iPad Air and every time I try to load it a message pops up that says "down for maintenance, will return shortly" but it never happens and it crashes. It did not work on my granddaughter's device either...

Down for Maintenance!?

I have downloaded this game on Saturday, February 5, 2016 and I went on. I only got to the part to creating my name, then it crashed on me. I went on again, and then (and to this day, so it has been over a week now...) it said it was down for maintenance. This game sounds amazing, but I am honestly very vexed for this issue to occur. Is there some bugs the creator is trying to fix? What for? Keep in mind I would probably rate four stars at least because this game sounds really cute, but I cannot play it if this game just says it is down for maintenance and crashes on me.
