Bug fix

The game is fun until the game starts to not save your progress so you end up doing the same old thing over and over again. EVEN SO I DIDNT EVEN GET MY INGAME DOLLER BACK AFTER I SPED UP A PROCESS BUT FOR SOME REASON IT GAVE ME BACK MY COINS!!!
How do you fix this?

I get on and I try to load in the aquatic park is says loading then says failed to load and it said restart I clicked it then it loaded me in then I tried to go to my glacier park and it said the same thing and it wouldn’t load so I took a break from trying and then I came back 2 hours later and tried again and it didn’t work so do you know how to fix it and my internet connection works

The game doesn’t work at all. I downloaded it, it says log in with Facebook or continue as guest. No matter which option you choose, error 304-########### pops up...and that’s it. I deleted and reinstalled twice to make sure. Let down!
Sometimes fun, and sometimes disappointing

I accidentally uninstalled the game and lost everything in the game. I had almost every all-star creature, platinum, etc. Over 10,000,000 coins and around 900 bucks, but because of the accident, I lost everything when I’m reality it should’ve saved all of my long time progress. The game is fun, but Ludia truly needs to read this because I lost every progress from my last game. It was fun, until I had to restart so thanks Ludia for making things upsetting and not doing anything about it, because all you care for is the money
Great game for the first little while...

Fun, addictive, entertaining until level 12. Now, my progress will NOT save. Every time I open the game it’s back at the beginning of level 12. I spent my own $$ on this game for it to be a fake... looking into how they can charge people for a game that doesn’t work....
Fix bugs!

I would rate this 5 stars if not for the bugs that keep happening in tournament mode. Twice it has crashed when I’m on the final battle of the tournament, losing me not only the chance at a big payout, but also the cash I invested to join the tourney. As if I’d want to spend money in this game now!
