Hi I’ve been playing jumpstart since 2010 and I forgot my password but when I keep submitting the forgot my password thing and still haven’t submitted to my email please fix this please I want to go back again :l

Can’t even make an account

I tried my account many times and it wouldn’t even let me in because it said the email’s password was wrong. It’s NOT wrong. Get this fixed or I will never play this again

the game crashes as soon as Ivy says come tap on me say- then it gives a blank screen it does that on pc but the cursor drags on the screen and doesn't let me play it

When Ivy says to tap on her if you tap her or not the screen will go black and make forest noises so I recommend that the people who made the game to fix it right away if the game don't do that It would be very fun to play

It's hard

It's hard to control and the abc game doesn't tell you what to do

No Audio

There is no Audio on the game despite volume being up all the way. I thought maybe it was my device but Audio on all other apps is fine.
