Frustrated. Last bug fix is horrible

Since I he last bug fix, I can no longer buy upgrades. The apple store charges me, but Juice Cubes doesn’t connect to the App,e Store. It is not a store problem, and I am going to have to ask apple for a round and report Playlab. The Playlab support page goes to a 404 page, and my two emails have gone unanswered. Terrible support for users.

I purchased the 24 hour unlimited lives and was never given it. I reached out the developer and all they had to say was sorry we’re having issues and haven’t responded to me since! It has been over a week. I will be reporting to my bank! Scam!

I have been playing this game FOREVER I have completed level 790 and waiting for next update to see how much further the game goes. Every time I think I am at end of game they give more levels. I LOVE THIS GAME. Can be quite frustrating at times but that is only because some levels can be very challenging that you really have to think in order to beat it. LOVE JUCE CUBES. Definitely a game to play!!!!

I’ve played this game for years and I’ve always loved it. I love how after 24 hours I get a chance to spin the wheel to get a prize. Now when the game isn’t letting me spin the wheel anymore because, according to the game, I have no connection when I do. Updating the app doesn’t make a difference either. When I try to watch a video to gain extra hearts or other things the app freezes up on me... please fix this... ?

Love this game BUT it has been saying the server is down for over a week now. So frustrating

i swear to god. first the watch a video for a life option doesn’t work. then i buy the $0.99 pack multiple times assuming that it just didn’t go through and of course that doesn’t work. get it together.
