This app is epic. Had friends come down for the weekend and got all the camping stuff I needed for 6 people. Went to Leo Carillo and had a great time. They also have a sleep set so my friends didn't have to crash on the floor. Joymode hooking it up. Great app and company.

I have used the service twice in the last month and plan to keep using it to book more experiences. The app is super easy to use and you can reserve something within seconds. It's a great way to turn a weekend where you have little to no plans into one that is exciting and unique!

This is Rent-a-Center 2.0. And that's a good thing. Their packages are attractive and make you want to go do something with your weekend. Unfortunately, you are forced to to become a member. Yes, there's a trial period but what's the good in that? It's $99/year – which puts it at the Google Express and Amazon Prime level. But is Joymode as worthwhile as those services? Likely not if you're a regular consumer. I could see it working for companies but at this point it's just a good idea made unattractive by another membership play. :(
App freezes

I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 11 and the app repeatedly freezes making it impossible to reserve equipment.

Even with the new update it crashes my whole phone! Great concept and love the layout, but impossible to use because of the bugs.

I’ve been using Joymode since they were in private beta and they just keep getting better. New products and bundles all the time. I’ve done he backyard movie night at least 4 times and get the cleaning kit on the regular. The app is great too! All of the instructions are right there and it lets you track your delivery driver.

Interface: smooth, customer care: unparalleled, inventory: expanding, pricing: unbeatable. Why would you EVER rent anything else another way? Only because you haven’t been in Joymode yet. I got the steam cleaner package. Perfection.
