Journyx

Journyx allows you to use your mobile phone to fill out your timesheets and reimbursable expenses and submit them for approval when you don't have access to a computer - or even a network. You MUST have a login account for an existing Journyx (tm) or Journyx PX(tm) site in order to use this app. The Journyx app includes access to all of your time, expense and custom/mileage data, including all of the entries in your current, past and future sheets. You can add new time and expenses or edit/remove existing entries. You can use your memorized entries to create new ones, and you can attach pictures of receipts from your phone. If you are working offline, you can refresh your mobile data with your Journyx server when you regain network access.

The Journyx mobile app also allows managers to review and complete approvals of time, expense, custom and project data.

NOTE: Server version 10.1, 9.5m2 or 10.0 with a patch is required. Audit level 5 is not currently supported for mobile time, expense and custom entry. Limited support for Data Validation is available in this release.

App fails to launch or properly install from the App Store. Dire need of an software update for the app to support iOS 6 as well support for iPhone 5 and the 6th generation iPod touch. Native iPad support via iOS app would also be nice. Developers, make it happen.

Cannot see the full length of project when submitting a timesheet if its more than 3 words... Painfully slow to operate.

This is a wonderful alternative to entering my project time on a computer. When I'm on the go, I can submit my time from anywhere.

v3.02 Was a near disaster!

At first it would not start. I had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times. On the second reinstall, it would crash when viewing time sheets. I'm the 3rd reinstall all started working. Project Descriptions are visible and searchable now. Bumping app rating to 4 stars.

Can't load anything. App crashes when I try to look at a date. Not useful at all.

Lots of issues with the app - doesn't save configurations of current time sheet; sometimes it won't save a time entry; sometimes a time entry will not show so when you input more time, it adds to the previous entry that wasn't showing anything; time entered on app takes too long to propagate to the website timesheet. Those are just the problems I've experience in my first week of use. Would be really nice and convenient if this worked, but as it stands now (Feb. 2017), it's a lot less of a hassle to just use the phone's web browser to access the Journyx website.
