I went back on the app and it keeps saying connection lost and I reconnected my WiFi and still keeps saying connection lost.

As the title suggest there is a complete and utter lack of representation for people of color on this app. It’s 2019 and this is NOT OK. As a black woman it is disheartening and to be honest extremely sad when I’m told to “choose my appearance or look” and all the options don’t even come close to my complexion. Super sad.

I like the app, but you should be a me to get more than 1 ticket every 2 hours. Writing has its issues, but I can overlook that.
