Love this game! Easy for me to see and understand what's going on! CAN NOT CONTACT SUPPORT FOR HELP! I had to reinstall the program for another program problem but it didn't go back to where I was so I have to start at a chapter I'd already completed, instead of being over half way into the second chapter. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Still not getting support...again. Where are my diamonds

I played the game for a long time and really enjoyed it BUT I got stuck and saved the game a number of times, only to open it again then constantly go back to collect objects to solve a puzzle because the game wasn't saved.. I did this for a few weeks and finally gave up so I deleted it. Each time I sent a Facebook message to support, I'd get a standard message saying to contact support through the ap. I never found where that option is so Facebook was my only option I could use. If you install the app enjoy yourself and I hope you don't run into any problems like I did.

Not only that, WAY too much time between games. Puzzles have gotten sort of repetitive and many are too easy.
