No way to contact support with a question or problem

I just downloaded and began to try out this app. I have a question and after navigating a maze of options found the FAQ page, which was empty, but at least it had an envelope icon, which opened up an email form. After entering my message, I clicked the send button and was greeted by a popup error message "Request failed: unauthorized (401)". Since that failed I tried accessing their site with Safari and found no way to contact them. At this point I gave up and deleted tbe app. I have no patience for devs who fail the rather simple support test.
