I’ve used this app a couple of times to send faxes and have had no problem in doing so. My faxes have gone through and been received with no issues.
Makes me hate companies that only accept faxes a little bit less

I hate faxing... who has a landline anymore? The copy shop on the corner charges way too much, and is a pain. This app, on the other hand, is great... I can share a PDF from my printer’s scanner app, a document from my word processor, or take pictures from the camera, and send it quite easily, and at a decent price. Most recently I had to fax something that included two separate documents. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that I can “build up” my fax from various sources prior to sending it — a multi-document fax. That was a GREAT feature. I particularly like that they allow you to buy individual credits since I send faxes so infrequently that I only need a few at a time. Free cover pages are a very welcome added bonus!

I like the credit and use as needed instead of forcing you to sign up to a monthly plan. Worked as expected.

I needed to fax some time sensitive documents and needed to send them in a timely manner. {The organization don’t use email?? People that don’t embrace modern technology annoy me....} So went to the App Store and “JotNot” has a “FREE” fax application”.... The App is free, the pages you fax aren’t you have to purchase “Credits”. $3.99 gets you 3 credits you can fax 5 pages for 1 credit and 6-10 pages for 2 credits. It’s worth the convenience to be able to fax from my phone and I rarely ever fax anything. I live in the 21 century. It was very easy to use. From getting the app settings up an optional JotNot account to getting 3 credits get my document from Dropbox and typing the included cover sheet and hit “send” and getting the confirmation took maybe 10 minutes....Done! I’d recommend it.

This was my first time using the service and I was under crunch time in getting my fax documents in by a deadline. My fax machine at home is inoperable and this easy 1-2-3 step to fax documents was crazy convenient. Now I hope that they really received my fax. It’s the Weekend and I’ll be back on Monday for an update.
