Tells me log in is incorrect

I try to log in and it tells me my email and password combo are wrong. When I log in through the internet browser i enter in the same info and it works there. So I deleted the ap. Bummed cuz I thought it’d be easier.

Since it’s for consultant use only, I like it’s exclusivity to all things JE. But I wish all the website stuff we use like the back office was transferred to the app as a native program. I like that it’s clean but it’s functionality is not quite what I had hoped.

I tried several times to get logged into this app without success. I even tried the forgot password. I never got an email allowing me to reset it. I logged into to my back office and updated my email and log in credentials and I still can’t get in. I hope they can get this fixed. I was looking forward to using the app.
