They saw I couldn't book any help between New Years Eve and my morning of New Years Day. I was feeling helpless until I see a message from the company saying that they were going to take care and will find someone for my task. They did, it was a great price deal and the job was done pretty good. HIGHLY recommended

Trying to become a jopper as a housekeeper. Everytime I click to upload a photo it takes me back to the main menu. I emailed them and called. No reply to either. What a joke. I saw a recent update and it did nothing. Stupid waste of time. Frustrating.
There are fake service providers on this app stealing your money!

Hi, I’ve booked a cleaner for my house 1 week ahead, before the day she texted me many times and on the day she did not show up and no answer and no text. I emailed the JOP support and Jay R. From their team told me that no money will be taken from my account but it was. Very sad that I had to check my account 1 month after and saw they’ve charged it. There is no real customer support in this app, they have created a dangerous platform that allows people to do what they want without any supervision. So dissapointed!
