I believe it’s a scam! You want products Made in China go to your closest 99cent store . There are so many shops around that you can buy crappy shoes and clothes for 20$ and you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg to return them. The shoes I received might look good but they are not gonna last 2 days. I am afraid to wear them cause they feel so unsteady and the quality is horrible!!! The heel is pushed forward and every time I step I feel I am gonna fall back on my butt. I am not going to ruin my posture and my knees just so I save 40$! I should have cancelled the order when I saw where they were coming from! But I guess that’s a lesson I just learned!

Bought clubs and although they look pretty much identical, the sound on the driver and 3 woods were so bad it hurt my ears! Main thing is anything you buy, do not attempt to get money back. Pretty much no customer service. Update: so although at first it wasnt clear if I’d get an adequate response from joom’s customer service, they did actually refunded the complete amount back without me having to return the counterfeit golf clubs. I was pleasantly surprised.

Love this app , orders are right to point , on time sometimes a day early , but I’m watching for products .shop in it at least two days a week , you will buy . Great prices . I’m hook to shopping at home.thank you joom.

Ordered yeti cups and the photos showed yeti logo and yeti lids The cups that came do not have yeti written on them. I bought a lot of cups and I’m horribly disappointed. Customer service did not return my complaints so I’m out 150 dollars Don’t use this app
