After letting them Know for a month I didn’t receive my items and then after waiting another month for a refund I still not getting anywhere do not buy from this app absolutely horrible customer services and even after sending in proof still no help they just tell me to contact my bank for a charge back even though supposedly a refund is coming absolutely horrible

So far it’s been great!! My first order only took like 2 to 3 weeks!!! Not long!!! I just purchased 9 things from them today n im gonna see how this one goes as to weather I keep buying from them!!! So far....so good!!! There was only one dress that looked a lil cheap. But it’s still cute n I’ll use it as a swimsuit cover up!!!

Item wasn’t delivered at all, waited 60+ days Didn’t get replacement neither refund. It’s not my job to go to post office to ask for my product. I paid to get the product to come to me, not me to go to the product and search for it. JOOM: you don’t do your promises. I will leave a bad review here and a bad review on AppStore. Will delete my account here, eBay, Wish and amazon costumer service are 1000 times better than you. UPDATE: I got full refund after costumer service contacted me. Thanks JOOM
