Really dissapointed !! I ordered the first time in this app!! Really bad!! Especially the quality I order is different from the pic!! The pants is so big and material is not the same !!!!all of those item I was expected that is the same in the picture but really is not!!..I will never order again..pls don’t cheat the custumer!! Thank u..

The most dishonest and unprofessional yes sometimes they have nice things but nothing justifies lying to customers. 1- they lie about items they don’t say item is non returnable they just give you 0.00 SAR. 2- No customer service number. 3- sizing is almost always off because the products are Chinese, they try to help in this issue though by suggesting what size to choose. 4- many products are not like the picture at all and it becomes obvious only when you receive the stuff that the picture was photoshopped. 5- Return section on the site doesn’t work well, you can’t choose the appropriate reason and you write the comment about an item all of a sudden the same comment shows under a different item you are also returning. It takes a good 30 minutes at least to do the return on their application. After all the points listed above they add to the customer’s frustration by not accepting the full return without even clarification or apology to the customer, nothing. As if they are doing you a favor by refunding the money you paid. Very disappointed.
