I have had many of their products in last few years at about 60 an app. iOS 11 comes along and they are the ONLY app publisher that didn’t update their product to work in iOS 11. Their solution - rebuy every app to the updated iOS app. I bought the standalone non subscription app to prevent downstream costs with a huge upfront cost. Egg on my face huh. Unbound had 2 years to update all their apps but chose to gouge their customer base! ——- I did contact customer service and heir response, buy the new app at full cost, not a solution that works for me

I also had purchased the apps separately. Including Diabetes now unable to view as it says not compatible. These apps need to be updated for this version

App was great but no longer works with IOS 11. It was a Very expensive app not to be able to use it anymore. Needs updating.

I happily subscribe to JHU for the monthly updates alone. Worth the small price when you breakdown how much info you’re getting and the records updated. ABX is fast and easy to use.

The developer keeps on charging money for the updated versions of this app. They should have the decency of providing the newer version of the app for free to the customers who have paid already. I have paid for the versions of this app twice already, and will no pay any more. I will not recommend this app.
