App stops showing jobs for no reason

I had many jobs listed on the app for many days but I was busy with other companies. And when I opened my app today it says that i have to call the branch because the app cant list jobs anymore. When I called the branch on Sepulveda BLVD. North Hills, they couldn’t explain properly by giving irrelevant excuses that perhaps I have been calling off jobs which I never did, and she said that it cant be fixed now all I have to do is call branches for work manually because they cant fix the app lol... i understand that people working at that branch have difficulty communicating, and they’re rude like they’re talking to you on the street as if you’re a gang member... anyway this bug needs to be fixed.

I have just gotten signed up at The Plano TX. office, The ladies working there are 1st Class,,,they are very helpful, they were very knowledgable about the company and how things work, very good explaining all safety equipment needed and payroll.... And all questions I had asked them, Both answered them and they were very professional at all times,,,, Made me and my son feel like we were important enough to be heard and assisted in all aspects of the total process from start to finish.... Jenna and Lauren I would rate them a ‘10 plus’ All Pro’s And no Con’s,,,, for the “Ladies of Plano” Thanks Sincerely D. W. and Kidd’O

I like that I can choose the jobs I like. I also Luke that I may cancel a job prior to being there. The app is very user friendly.

The app never notifies you when there’s a job available. My experience with the app has been terrible, every time I log into the app, I seem to have notifications, but the app never “Notifies” you that there’s a job available.

There’s hardly any jobs and when there are some they’re always taken somehow which makes no sense. Staff will blatantly lie to you about them being filled if they have any kind of problem with you. Especially if you report them for manipulating the app. They claim work available at your fingertips and that’s not the case. They want you to call and they ask who you are before giving an answer about if you have a job or not. Clients that I have got to work for bad mouth people ready bc of how unprofessional they are and some have cussed them out due to them taking advantage of employees. They discriminate, flat out lie and disrespect you when they’re caught, and will pay you $11 an hour while charging clients an outrageous amount. They’ve been cussed out by clients over that too. Charging a crazy amount and giving the worker a joke of a wage. I also know for a fact there are tickets that aren’t even put on the app or offered to everyone equally. Stay away from this place.

Said part is , the people that are using the app are literally sharing problems that they are having..and the company doesn’t even have the decency to read the reviews. Everyone is receiving the same computer generated response....

JobStack is a great way to save time,as you do not have to report to the office in person @5:30am like other staffing companies. I recommend the app for everyone.
