This app is a slap in the face to all the taxpayers of TN. Get your little brother off of development and pay someone qualified to process the CORONAVIRUS unemployment support we are to get from the Federal government. This smells a lot like the failure to expand Medicare, federal surplus money in TN and the school voucher theft all wrapped up into one. Gig workers are losing housing because your system is so poor. Make America function again.

Every time you try to do your weekly certification the entire app freezes. You can’t scroll, you can’t hit the back button, you can’t do anything. It’s a complete fail.

The app opens and lets you log in with ease. That’s where the function stops. You can’t go from page to page without it locking up. The app needs some work.

Worst app I have ever used. Takes for ever to load up. Jobs listed not even near me. But, when I finally do get in it’s okay I guess.

It won’t let me login. It displays incorrect credentials but the website “works,” when it isn’t super slow.

Let’s just fix the app crashing before I can even press anything before we dive into the mind blowing amount of problems with this app. I’d say A for effort TN but there clearly isn’t any so just a C- for trying. (Super big sigh)
Can’t even get logged on

I can’t even get logged on to the app with my user name and password. The website keeps crashing too. So frustrating.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t bother. It’s not just now it’s always been that way. Can’t get an answer or reply. Lazy employees!
