This app has zero worth for job seekers

After using the Switch app for over 10 months, and being highly qualified, experienced, with a detailed application filled in on the app, as well as my resume completely uploaded and using this application for so long, I have the luxury of saying ‘this app has zero worth for any job seeker’. There is zero value in using this app just find any work, jobs or any career. I personally Have not even been offered an interview or follow up to any application that I submitted or job that I’ve applied to by using this application. It hasn’t been worth one second of the hours and days wasted by me to use this app.

Unless you live on the coasts, are fresh out of college or work in a trendy profession, this is a total waste. Looking for Mac tech jobs in Columbus, OH or even nationally, that’s not even an option. You have to choose specific fields and job descriptions, so everything that came up wasn’t even close to what I was looking for (Linux system admin, cyber security, etc.). I don’t even know if I’d want to work for a company that actually went along with their “swipe to apply” thing. And every job that did come up, they were INDEED.COM POSTINGS!!! Don’t even bother downloading and just use the Indeed app.

Most jobs opened in another app or window to actually submit an application and when the new page loaded the positions were no longer available.

This app is terrible! I can’t upload my resume in PDF format, I try to add former employers but they aren’t on the list and then they disappeared when I added them, at some point I couldn’t even upload a picture. I spent way too much time dealing with the bugs for this app to deserve any more time.

First 10 or so “matches” sent me to indeed job postings that were no longer active.

On my iPad, the keyboard covers up half of the required entry data, like your location, disallowing you to continue and making it impossible to complete.
Really confused

I’m really confused as to way anyone loves this app. It’s just taking post from indeed and zip recruiter. You even have to log on to those apps to apply from this one! Just go download indeed and zip recruiter. This is just an unnecessary extra step.
Not able to reset password

Downloaded the app back and have tried to reset my password multiple times but not receiving the email. Checked my spam as well but no luck. I have emailed them and no response or help given.
No Recruiters

Cute idea. But all the jobs that they’re currently showing me are scraped from other job boards. They don’t seem to have relationships with recruiters or employers in my industry and region (tech, SF Bay Area).
