Download the JO App and plug your JO into your vehicle cigarette lighter socket. Register your details and vehicle mileage and pair with your Smart Phone via Bluetooth and you ready to go.

JO will generate your Tax and Travel claims for Business, utilizing GPS and the latest Bluetooth low energy technology to seamlessly transfer your trip data via your Smart Phone to secure cloud servers where your trips can be sorted and reports generated right from your mobile phone. Vehicle trips can be easily categorized as Business or Private from the JO unit or from the App itself. Vehicle stops can easily be geofenced (virtual geographic boundary) and customized from the App for reporting purposes.
All your data will be securely stored in the JO cloud servers ensuring that it will be safe and fully intact. Even in the event of a lost or damaged phone, your data will be ready for access with your replacement phone.

Set Business trips From JO at the start of your trip.
Trips can be categorized as Business at the start of your trip by simply pressing the button on JO. Should you forget to do this you can always edit the Trip Categorization later from the App. This unique JO functionality will add accuracy to your reports and save you many hours of trying to categorize your trips at some later date.

Create Private and Business zones from your mobile phone.
Zones can be easily created on the App after the Trip is completed. You can zone your home, office, customers and other points of interest. These zones will be used for Trip reports and Tax Mileage reports.

Merge and split trips directly from your mobile phone.
Trips interrupted by brief stoppages at Garages, Quick Shops or other places can be merged to show as one Trip for reporting purposes. Merging of Trips is done on the App after the Trips are completed.

Produce Travel & Time reports for billing clients / company travel claims.
JO can be an invaluable tool for those who receive travel allowances for business mileage. Business Travel Reports can be generated monthly and submitted to your employer in a neat professional manner In the event of claim disputes actual Trip lists can be used to substantiate the claim.

Produce business mileage reports for tax claims.
JO will keep track of all your Business Trips and Mileage (on our secure servers) throughout the year. The Travel data from JO is dynamically uploaded during each trip thus assuring that this information is safe and sound. In the possible event of your Smart Phone being lost or stolen your Travel data will be safe. Requests for Tax Reports by period are done on the App and these will be emailed to you. JO's generated Business Travel Report is fully SARS compliant.

JO reports are emailed to the user on request from the report section of the App. The user will apply appropriate filters such as date range, vehicles, business or private travel etc.

Download the JO App and start using JO immediately without any payment for the first 12 months. Thereafter, users will be charged an annual fee of R348.00 for each registered JO hardware unit.
