No way to raise complaint about jio TV app. Jio customer care will not take complaints about the app.
Star apps don’t work (even in Hotstar)

Yes, i know star sports app takes you to the hotstar app... and we can see it online there. But the hotstar app works only for 5 mins (like any normal non-jio user). Not able to link hotstar with jio (login)

This is the most disgusting and toturing app ever, just do not work, keep loading and loading and loading!! shows ads 100 times but doesnt show the live features for once!! simply pathetic, and the waste of time !! just dont choose jio, this is worse!

App shows blank screen every 5 minutes while watching and no cast option.. poor stuff
