Worst app update

This was one of the most terrible app updates I've seen of all time, only second to snapchat's update a while back. If I click on the song that's playing, it no longer takes me to the song's spot in the queue, so if it's a long queue I have to scroll all the way to find it and surrounding songs. In songs in my library, it is no longer categorized by letter, I first have to scroll all the way down to Z to get a full feature of the alphabet that I can click through. PLEASE bring back the old Saavn.

The earlier version was amazing and stable. I don’t really care about UI changes but my major complain is that the app is very unstable now. Playback stops for no reason, occasionally there is a lot of disturbance in the music, which I figured out can be corrected by hitting “pause” and “play”. But how many times can you do that when trying to listen to music. I am hoping quick fixes will be rolled out soon.


New update is Awful

I have been PRO user for 10 months.. I used to love this app and even rated 5. The recent update is a mess. I can’t see the songs that were download(I tried downloading multiple times still didn’t work) in download section and also facing connectivity issues. Now I rate this 1 and also unsubscribed PRO


Latest UI is not user friendly

I'm a paid subscriber and have been using Saavn for over a year. All was well until you guys decided to mess it up. I've been experiencing connectivity issues for quite sometime now. At first, it was only with Bluetooth devices but it has become worse now. Do you even do some kind of testing before the release? I'm annoyed by seeing "Network not available, switching to offline mode" and "Oops! ?, we couldn't find this song/album" messages. How come only Saavn can't connect to internet when every other app on the phone can? I've tried closing the app and restarting the phone a number of times to no avail. I even hard reset my phone, but the issue exists. I don't understand why the app suddenly goes to offline mode when a song is playing. Its as if the app is protesting to connect to internet. I will definitely cancel my subscription and go for alternatives if this isn't fixed soon. And lastly, writing catchy/appealing release notes is not enough!! The functionality should live up to the expectations. Hope you take customer feedback seriously.

What is going on?

Great app and all but what is this with every other album/song disappearing and getting unavailable every single day? I have a list of songs that I always listen to and almost all the songs are ‘currently unavailable’. This never happened until this new update. Have to admit, great layout and everything but what is with the glitches and bugs? This is disappointing, seriously. Look into this.

I wish they focused more on the app rather than this flair for writing supposedly humorous release notes. Guys, you need better programmers, designers, hell even a new management team may not be bad idea.
