2.Simultaneously control multiple devices with one App
3.Set timer to easily perform multiple functions
Switched over to smartlife after the iOS 13 update. Now all my smart plugs are working again. You must make sure you are using the 2.4 ghz WiFi. You can do this by downloading the airport utility app, performing a scan, and picking your WiFi that is under 1-13. Anything above is a 5ghz. Then fire up the smartlife app and proceed to link all your plugs. A bit cumbersome but now all my different brands of smart plugs work again.
I recently updated my phone to the new IOS 13 and now the app no longer works.
This app is no longer working after the last apple update!
Last update 8 mos ago, crashes before it opens a on iOS 13, outlets have almost no value without a functioning app.
I have noticed, after an iOS update the names I have to the devices that I control with this app are gone. It reverts back to K1, K2 etc. so now I have to rename them all. About 20 or so. Very inconvenient. If this issue is fixed this review will go to 5 stars. Update: does not work with iOS 13. Useless
Now won’t open. Won’t operate any devices and can’t update or add new devices. Please fix. It was perfect.
Please update your app so it works with the new iOS software. I can’t access my devices.
We received 4 Jinvoo smart plugs and love them. Only thing was we could only have the app on my husband’s iPhone because I had updated to the new iOS 13 and the app would not work. I emailed the developer and he emailed me back and said the update would be submitted in a couple of days. After it was put on the App Store, he emailed me and let me know so I was able to get the update and now the Jinvoo app works perfectly on the iPhone with the newest iOS. Thanks Michael!
