The app doesn't work well, especially when it comes to tracking your steps. I'm a nurse and I'm running around on my feet all night but it doesn't track your steps unless its monitoring in a work out, trust me I get a good work out taking care of people! But the steps don't count because I'm unable to keep the app running in order to save my battery.

I log my food in on the calorie counter and it randomly erases causing me to start all over and re-enter my food. There's also a lot of food that isn't in the registry making you creat a custom food


Recipes in app purchase is a joke

So we paid to upgrade, the over 1500 is a joke. Some are good most are( and I'm not joking) junk. Example: there is a recipe for cereal and milk. States Pour cereal into a bowl. Top with milk and serve. Seriously. Another states, Rinse apple in cold water and pat dry. There are 3 of them all for apples but for different sizes. One more just for kicks. Baby Carrots: place carrots in small bowl or on a plate and serve. So 1500 is an overstatement. Now it does state the nutritional facts for everything but that is already free from the app. We were looking for great recipes and learned how to put peanut butter on celery. So they got my money for a week, please save your money.

This is a great app that helps keep track of food, calories, workouts etc. however I am unable to change my calorie intake. I had weight loss surgery and cannot eat a lot. Also wished the app kept track of my steps.

Great app, but improvements needed
Getting my life...

This workout plan has been the ONLY plan that has helped me see results! I don't follow the meal plan, though it is helpful having it online and also on the app. My two suggested improvements would be an activity tracker other than walking and running that could run in the background. And other cardio workout choices. The second would be during the suggested workouts each day that the exercises progressed automatically after the time allotted for them. So maybe the app would count the reps for you and countdown the minutes for each move. Other than that this app is great and I would suggest it to ANYONE. Whether you are looking to lose weight or maintain.


Too many bugs to use effectively

I just paid the big money to have access to the meal plans,exercise plans, etc. it is ridiculously inconvenient that none of what I do on website will sync to the app, even though I've tried logging in and back out and deleting and re downloading the app. Today is July 19, my day 2, but it thinks it is July 20th and day 0. Haha. Please fix :(
