What happened to this App?

This was my favorite puzzle app and then something went wrong. I start a puzzle and when I don’t finish it and come back to it it’s either gone or competed?? All my other puzzles that I have completed are not in my library or if they are it says they are not completed. I have tried restarting it and reinstalled it but nothing is working. Wondering if their have been others with this same problem?

I’ve enjoyed this puzzle app until recently. Now there are many more “locked” puzzles which cost money. I am looking at other jigsaw puzzle apps

Great puzzles, choice of difficulty. Love how most of the adds are banners at the bottom of the screen. Can’t see anything to find fault with in this app.

I liked your puzzles in the beginning but now I am frustrated by not being able to move the pieces. Don’t know if there is a magic touch needed but I must not have it.
