It was a better program before the last upgrade. Now it gives you a puzzle you’ve already completed as the mystery puzzle. This has happened several times since the upgrade. Never used to happen before.

I used to have created puzzles and on last update took out all my puzzles from pictures and now cannot get back! I have had this app several years! Guess they do not want long time players. Do not get this app.

Hi I love the new app update but there is one thing I wish you would fix. The put pieces back and the magnifying glass are so close that I accidentally put back my pieces instead of wanting to look at the pic. Is there a dance you could move it to the top or somewhere not as close? Pretty please. And while your at it I would love a option to keep the pic up while you place pieces. Anyway anyone looking for a puzzler. Look no further. I have put together hundreds of pictures and I love it. My last review told you guys about a few problems the update had but now it’s fixed and perfect. Thank you thank you thank you! The newest update is pretty but you can’t place all the pieces on the board or just the edges in a group on the board anymore. Also you have to manually scroll to the top of the pieces when before it would snap to the top if you wanted it to. When you rotate the puzzle pieces they don’t like to rotate so you have to hit it a couple times just to get it to rotate once also the pieces get frozen sometimes and the only way to fix it is to exit out of the puzzle. I love this puzzle app and have played hundreds of puzzles on it. Please fix these issues please please please! My previous review is below. I like that you can use your own pics and that you can choose the background colors. I just wish you could have more puzzle pieces. :)
Great puzzle until the last update

Update, since the update the app is not a good as it was. No longer can you save your finished puzzle showing the time as the time disappears as soon as your done and the puzzle pieces no longer flash if on the screen but not locked in making it almost impossible to find the problem. Fix this and I’ll make it 5 stars again. My whole family loves this app and we play the daily puzzles against each other. Since the last update we can no longer see the time it takes to finish the puzzle for more than a second. Not enough time to screenshot it and post in messenger. Otherwise this would be a five star game and if the bring back the time feature at the end of each puzzle so that it stays I’ll revise my review to five stars.

Yesterday I finished my 516th puzzle. Your puzzles are exquisite, and so much fun to do. But when I opened them today, I see that the piece shapes have changed from the normal shape and are now free form. Is there a way to choose to go back to the normal pieces? I really hate to use another site, but I really do not like this change.. The problem is that when you buy a new puzzle you have to pay in advance BEFORE you know which kind of puzzle piece you will find. I also have already purchased many of the bundles but because of the change, I don’t want to do them. How do I get my money back? I am extextremely sad because I am bed ridden, and doing these puzzles has given me so much pleasure.

Really like the update and so many free puzzles but some puzzles are sideways, too big to fit my screen (have large laptop) or pieces need to be rotated and I have yet been able to figure out how to do that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I do love your puzzles

I absolutely am hooked on this app. However, today I tried three times to purchase a bundle that was on sale. Connecting to iTunes ... didn’t do any more than that. I hope that the two times I tried didn’t take my money and give me nothing in return.
