I decided to try this app, I love puzzles. 1. The pieces were difficult to move. 2. No matter what I did, I would hit the ad bar and end up seeing an ad. 3. The app closed on me and after working for over an hour on a puzzle it was gone and needed to start over. No thanks to this app. I did no enjoy using it. If it gets fixed maybe.

Love the puzzles but how did it just say my purchase is complete when I didn’t buy anything and didn’t use my fingerprint to accept a purchase?! Very angry Update: received reply and apology with offer of 7 game packs for my trouble. In the end, I imagine it was iTunes issue. Thanks for the response! Update 2: I replied to accept the offer and nobody will get back to me. Emailed them now 3 times. Nothing spam. Check regularly. Where is my offer?? All good. Love the puzzles. Still playing daily.

I'm dropping my original review from 5 stars to 1. A month ago I paid for a 3 set puzzle pack that was on sale. Only 1 of the 3 sets downloaded. Immediately contacted them through email. Was given an auto reply with ticket number. After no follow up, emailed again, same auto reply with a different ticket number. Two weeks later I tried contacting support through their website, and still got no response. I just want the missing packs or a partial refund. Come on guys, I've bought packs before and love this app, but until this is resolved, 1 star and an unhappy customer.

I have a lot of spare time to do nothing. I am 82 years old and playing these puzzles has help fill my day as I’m not as active as I used to be.thanks for creating this site.
