Great service

Due to the winter storms in New York, my flight was canceled and the airline rebooked me to fly following day. Even though it was a non-changeable, nonrefundable hotel reservation, jetsetter and the hotel allowed me to change my reservation. Great service!

HORRIBLE As A $-Saving App

Strip It Down

listen, I get it - it's a beautiful app, the descriptions are solid, the flow of the interface is nice, etc - but I stay at many of the nicer hotels (NYC, PHX, CHCGO +) and many other apps offer Far better prices for same - perhaps THE MOST frustrating: they show a good price for a property then you must enter dates to find out how high the price actually is for that time AND to find any other pricing for other dates, you have to go back, re-enter new arrival & departure dates, then go thru the process over & over - it's an Easy Fix: all the airlines & many hotel sites (including this app's competitors) offer a "low-fare calendar" showing, at a glance, month-by-month, which dates have which pricing, so the process is as simple as it can be - this is a CRUCIAL, simple offering if you are a busy person and don't want to do the equivalent of picking thru the bin at a discount shop for an hour or two, in hopes of getting a deal the store advertised, but with all that time spent, what, really, is the cost to you - One simple fix and it's a 5-star app - but if you dislike tedious, laborious search for values at high-end hotels, there are LOTS of other options - I'M DELETING and using all the others out there

Meh

Maybe this company has yet to figure out a good portion of the people using the app. I would think it's pretty obvious that I'm using it looking for great deals, but the app frustrates the entire purpose by forcing you to blindly figure out which days are actually at the lowest rates instead of just painting the picture for you (as seen on the wonderfully done low-fare flight finder app Hopper). Almost every time I've tried to book a room, the dates I choose are usually normal prices or maybe have a slight discount, but they're often nowhere near the low "starting at" price advertised on the front page. In that respect it's pretty much pointless over apps like Hotel Tonight, but I will keep it maybe to book an all-inclusive trip, though I'm worried I may have the same experience with that end of the app as well, since I haven't tried it yet.

Needs improving

Dmlow

Want to check out on July 1st? Sorry. That date doesn't exist in the app after the last update. Needs optimization for iPhone 6/6+. Deals really aren't better than other websites, and you get much less selection.

There is a reason this app is free

ReidiPad

Since this company got my email I am unable to escape their many daily spam emails. Uninstall and unsubscribe didn't free me from their clutches. The spam didn't even reflect any interests I had shown. Run away from this one!

Bait and switch

Mmw0k7o

Shows you a very low price for a hotel room but when you attempt to book it changes the price. Hotel advertised for $239. Price changed at booking to $850.

App not working

uhh_wtf

When I open the app it tells me to call customer service. I uninstalled/reinstalled and I'm still getting the same message. This has been going on for several weeks. Fix it!
