I just want to say that I play jelly splash everyday. I never had an issue with this game. I love the new daily gifts/incentives. I’m on level 558 now after playing quite a while. So much fun. It’s a great pastime. I’m hooked.

When you start a level you are given a screen with a choice of boosters (3) which you most likely already have then right underneath each of these boosters is a coin symbol indicating the amount in which to purchase....if I have 10 of something don’t put the price directly under it and then LITERALLY MILLIMETERS UNDER THAT the play button!!! Many many wasted tokens on purchases unintended due to faulty set up! Super annoyed, I deleted the app after making “millimeter-errored-purchases” for about the 10th time! I brought it to the developers attention, they don’t give a rip...big surprise.

I like the game, but other games I play give you far mire moves for thr money you spend, and better deals when you do buy coins moves, etc... They make a lot of money off players.. They could give them more back..

The app is amazing and addictive. What more could you ask in a game ?! If you log-in daily , you get FREE prizes ! And a lot of the time they have challenges and polls going on . And it DOESN’T REQUIRE WIFI ! The only down side is that every now and then you have to stop for a couple of days for new levels to reload . They probably do that so that you’ll get off of it cuz it’s so addicting!!! I definitely recommend this app for you ! ?

If you use one of your boosters you won’t win. Strategy doesn’t help either. The only point of the game is to keep you playing as long as possible. I purposely played bad and after playing several games I won. It’s great for just passing. Time but if you wasn’t a game that makes you think and strategize this is not the game to play.

I've enjoyed playing, however I will probably remove this game. I cannot connect to Facebook & the game will not allow me to continue unless I PAY. At present I am just replaying. It is a REAL shame how all these games just WANT MONEY. Why not just offer this game for sale!!!! 7-31-14 very angry--suzicat!!! I just got 3 lives to play level 70. & had one key in my e-mail. Went to start the game & the lives disappeared I addition to my saved key!!!!! Why??? Cannot reach anyone for support. Please tell me how to get this returned!! Playing on the 5s I- phone. 8-11-14 fun game but getting very frustrated!! Now stuck @ level 97. Again, seems like winning this level will be on LUCK only!! Please FIX the request lives from friends--when trying to request on the I-phone you MUST send request to ALL of your contact list. This is WRONG. Please FIX!! 8-20-14 please fix the "request lives from friends". Our entire contact list should not BE THE ONLY way of requesting lives if only 2 other friends play this game!! Your system or software needs to be modified so that we are allowed to request ONLY from those playing! 10-27-14 suzicat When will you return the free video viewing for coins or lives???? Use the apple I-phone 5s & you removed this feature!! Now this is NO LONGER a free game. Must pay to go to next level. For this reason I give you 0 stars. This is my favorite game & now RUINED!!!!!!!!!!! 12-8-14 why do you make it soooo difficult. I have been stuck on level 191 for weeks & I play this game ALL day. This is the HARDEST level yet!!!!!!!! The special trade items was a joke that you offered, esp when one is in the same level forever. My favorite game but becoming like Candy Crush which I quit playing! 12-20-14 games are suppose to be fun, but these are not!!! Money grabbing when suppose to be free!! Extremely frustrating SO I am now Done!!!! 3-18-15 ANGRY!! I am replaying levels for more stars to be able to unlock level 262(need 170more stars) this by the way this is really STUPID esp if no other friends are playing to help you unlock the next sections! I used to be able to watch videos to gain coins--you took that option away from me on the I-phone!!!! In reading other reviews apparently this feature is still offered, but I lost that feature on 10-27-14 yet others have it!! Rt now I used 70 coins on a replay AND should have 915 coins remaining from 985; HOWEVER you STOLE an extra 180 coins. Where did these go??? ( I keep track of my coins) so everyone playing , You will be CHEATED & to get the scores for 3 stars, you will MANY times have to PAY on this NON-FREE game. I, by the way really liked this game, but find it extremely unethical , which is sorry to say!!!! You will get the top rating again when you FIX the problems & return my coins!!!!! 5-13-15 something has happened to my favorite game!! Even though I cannot get the coins back tat were taken from me, now I'm frozen out. Cannot connect or play all day! ????????? Game unfrozen HOWEVER now my cumulative stars have taken a beating!! I have been replaying all levels for more stars (720 needed @ L 261--I have been compulsively playing reaching 657+ stars of 720 * But now it dropped to only 512stars--I lost over 145 stars!!!! I have paid for coins to use & play reaching the 3stars on the levels. Today my game is ruined!!! I am REALLY UPSET. This just destroys my faith in these games. Also my L 261 is NO LONGER unlocked which it was after Mar 12,2015!!! 2-21-17 upset!!! BEWARE! Use the video wheel to help get coins & bonus since this game is expensive to play now. Well, today used the wheel but in process it switched to a PAY wheel taking 70 coins without me knowing it!!!! Now the wheel icon is gold. Are you so greedy that you had to charge for this feature???? 4-8-18 I enjoy this game, however it is now requiring you to pay 2 or more time just to pass the level. I also wish that you could access some of your boosters when needed. They are wasted when having to select them before the game play. I also wish that the free wheels would give more boosters vs more game time, which for me is often wasted because I don’t sit for hrs to play the game. Now if there was some way to store the bonus time, that would be great. I use this game to manage my pain control. 4-14-18 Writing my last review which would really indicate 0 stars but had to put something. Last Sun 4-8-18 after my review, the game went crazy. Response back to me was that they were working on issues. I have spent time trying to communicate with the company. Today they closed the conversation before my issues were resolved. Very bad business! Anyone reading this-don’t get hooked on the game!!! They control it & will pull stats when they wish with whatever bug is programmed into it. I am at level 856 & worked very hard to complete 3 stars for levels. All levels 0 to 514 were 3 stars-lost most of the hard earned stars! ( those playing the game know how expensive it is to reach some of these stars on many of these levels) I keep a record of my completion, which I did up to level 741. At the next keyed level to unlock I would have been recording to present. I am no longer going to be playing this game as the program has PULLED my stars with whatever issue or bug was programmed into the game. I am so very disappointed. Anyone playing KEEP YOUR MONEY! Beware
