Worst app this is just a money making app which doesn’t even allow to send some limited messages to matched profiles.never ever I’ll say anyone to go for this app to find their soul mates it’s better to find ourself.

I'm badly disappointed with this site. It's been two years since I've looking for a suitable match for my sister at jeevansaathi.com. Initially we weren't getting very good response so we were told to be a paid member. We did that too, but almost no interest or invite we received so far. On top of that, we took eADVANTAGE UNLIMITED MONTHS PLAN this time, transaction of around $47 was made successfully but every time we open our profile, it asks us to upgrade. Contacted the customer support so many times and every time they gave us assurance that it will show up in some time. But the status didn't change till date. You guys may not be bothered because it's for unlimited months and you'll not be getting any more business from the people who choose this UNLIMITED MONTHS PLAN?? I just want my money to be refunded back in my visa credit card. We don't want your services anymore. Thanks
