It’s a good app but getting tired of typing my username and password every time I used it then having to send a code sent to my phone. Don’t like this 2 step verification

After using the map and attempt to return to home the screen stays blank with the circle of doom spinning. It will spin until I reboot my phone. App does not work. Piece of crap v

It does its best to find the machine and be able to drive to. Sometimes it will take you to a machine that is close to a road but not the road on to the job site

This is nothing more than tech support tool and a heads up of what your fuel and def levels are at. The main thing is that it allows techs to remote in to diagnose issues and provides codes for parts that may be having trouble. The 5yr option is a convenient purchase option for set it and forget it. Then the mobile techs have access when needed over the next 5yrs.

This app is useful as a JD field technician. It allows me to locate machines to within a few yards and get an idea of trouble codes before a trip is made to machine. Although, the application does have it fair share of bugs that renders the app useless. The screen will completely turn white, without any ability to escape and reset. The best fix for this is to completely shut my phone off and reopen the app. Great idea, satisfactory and execution.

I’m a John Deere Field Technician and use JDLink quite often. Before they updated the app worked great, this new update makes the app crash as soon as it loads the machines. It’s completely unusable and needs to be fixed. I have to use the website version for it to work.
