This app currently DOES NOT WORK. Avoid it at all costs unless you want your coins trapped. The send button is not working, therefore you cannot get your coins out of Jaxx...Period. USE another wallet.

Why is it such a PITA to choose which coin I want to view on the iPhoneX? Icons are too small and despite tapping directly on them it takes sometimes up to 10 taps before it registers. Fix this please, and get 5 stars. It’s not hard. I’m ready to jump to another wallet just to keep my sanity. Please show TOTAL value of wallet, like Coinbase does. There is no reason I should have to attempt to go through all the coins I own and add up the values with a separate calculator. Thanks for hearing me out! I hope you can improve the product, because I want to love it!

When I first started to deal with Crypto, I wasn’t too sure why I should use Jaxx over other wallets. It wasn’t clear to me how it stood out, so I went on and tried a bunch of other ones for half a year. Now, I finally understand and can appreciate it. With other finance apps, we take it for granted that one can login via all their devices, and it manages all the different currencies. But with Cryptocurrency, this stuff is HARD. You will notice most wallets out there handle multiple currencies, but are only on 1-2 platforms (Chrome Extension + Android App; or like Exodus only Desktop) OR they are on multiple platforms (Iphone, Android, iOS, Windows, Browser) but they only handle 1-3 currencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin). I had no idea doing this stuff was so hard from an infrastructure standpoint. Jaxx is the only wallet I know that has Multi-Coin Ubiquity. This means it handles dozens and dozens of Cryptocurrencies (all the ones I care about), AND I could access all my coins everywhere (while having the same type of security of owning/managing my own assets via my seed) I really liked my Exodus until someone wanted to pay me Ether right before I went on a flight, and I could not pull out my computer to make this happen, and I randomly downloaded a random one-coin wallet that lives on Mobile just to be able to accept it. That’s when I realized Jaxx would be the solution to my problems. If you care about accessing your crypto whenever you need it, being able to process whatever the Crypto is, AND have the security of not being on an exchange, I would recommend this wallet.

You can send money to the wallet no problem, but if you try sending it out of the wallet it will not work. This app has cost me hundreds. Do your self a favor and do not download unless you want to lose money.

After restoring another wallet using the 12-word Passphrase, I’m pretty sure my private key was compromised somehow. The next day my ETH wallet was empty. I blame this app since I have never sent or did anything with the passphrase.

If you want to lose your money, download Jaxx and use Shapeshift! Never, Never, Never Use this app!!! They doesn’t send my funds after 2 weeks and when I send ticket to their suppor , just saying wait 2 weeks again!!!

This app is a rip off... It has no sure way of securing your money. If you don't write down these 12 words, lose, or lord forbid have a life changing situation to happen to you then you have just lost all your money and tokens... This app is designed to take your money... STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP... They have no way of recovery the 12 words and no way of you recovering it. So if you write it down and your house burn down, a flood, a fire, or a national disaster then your money is gone right alone with the rest of your life stuff...

My Theory
I got this wallet to get into other Cryptos. I sent bitcoin cash to it, which I then converted to EOS & Dogecoin. The conversion worked, after that ... My money is stuck now, I can’t exchange it, or send it ..... HORRIBLE, DONT USE THIS WALLET!!!
