Favorite. Bought the paid version too. My favorite part is the voice learning. Where the speaker says the word, you repeat. Then you hear yourself and the speaker. So you can see how well you are doing.

Great app to learn Japanese words

This app has helped me learn a few new Japanese words (including spelling in Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji) every day. I have taken 2 Japanese language courses (Beginning 1 and 2) - currently finishing Beginning 2 - and this app is a great way to add to my vocabulary. The key to learning anything new (language or skill) is persistence, wide variety of tools and hard work. If you want to and/or enjoy learning Japanese I recommend this app.

This app is really great, and you can find it for other languages too. I learned so much Japnese with this app. So glad I found this. You can choose how many words you learn a day, and it will show you how to say it
