First thing I do is open the app. There is a play button, so I hit it. It comes to this add that says that I need to buy a character before I can play. If I get a free app, I expect it to be able to play it without needing to buy anything! Free doesn't mean you have to buy before you play! If you want money, just price extra cool things. A character is NOT extra cool!
