One of the most disappointing apps I own. I bought this along with is associated guide to Kyoto. Bought the in app purchases. Never really could get more than a tiny bit of information from them - and I was downloading with a good connection in Japan. One of the most works apps I have owned.
Doesn’t work on iPad

I downloaded this app and was excited to start planning my upcoming visit to Japan, but when I opened my iPad I got a rather small format compatible with iPhones but not iPads, for iPad users like me this is rather frustrating! Could you please do something about it?! Thanks.

This app is an absolute godsend, especially when it comes to navigating the train systems. Really, getting around in general is much easier. It points out nearby stations(including which ones use JR), activities and restaurants, and I’d be a pretty well-off traveler if I had a dollar for every time this app saved me from getting lost. Highly recommended, especially for newcomers!

I used this while on my trip to Japan. It was the best and the most useful app I could have gotten. It helped me a lot for transportation and making sure I knew the schedules for the trains!!!
App has gone downhill…

I used to love this app. It was convenient and easy to use for my commutes everyday. Recently, the app has completely gone off the rails…it freezes and crashes multiple times on launch, which has resulted in me missing trains. I’m writing this review in hopes that they can fix it, because when it’s working properly, it’s very helpful.

This app is trash. I highly recommend you do not use it. The developers of this app need to make it more user-friendly. And also they need to take care of all the bugs and glitches.
